Each activity comes with its own point value and must be tracked five days per week. You can also get bonus points for video coaching calls. Your accumulated points determine what level warrior you are within the War of the Waistline, and different levels come with different perks!

000-149 Points (00-49%) = POW

150-179 Points (50-59%)  = Casualty 

180-209 Points (60-69%) = Soldier 

210-239 Points (70-79%) = Warrior (T-shirt available for purchase)

240-269 Points (80-89%) = Spartan (FREE T-shirt)

A Message From Trainer Richard Straitiff

Here I am folks, ready to lead you on your healthy lifestyle challenge.  I call it a war because I have been battling weight loss my whole life. The war is lifelong and we just have to keep winning battles; we can lose some, but we must win more than we lose.  I will be participating as a challenger so you will see me on the scoreboard.  I like to lead by example so this will be a wonderful opportunity for me to do that.  I hope you join me and the others on this journey!
