Dumbbell dynamite program explained
I am doing one of the Dumbbell Dynamite workouts live during the pandemic. I prefer to use the adjustable dumbbells, but the workouts could be done with regular dumbbells or even kettlebells.
All you need is your dumbbells to look like dynamite! Evenly balanced two-day workout splits hit your full body twice per week with highly effective, efficient workouts that produce fantastic results!
- 4-week program
- Maximizes fat burn, boosts metabolism, and tones muscles
- Equipment: Dumbbells and fitness mat (optional)
- 4 days per week (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri)
- 6 exercises per workout
- Even distribution of exercises for lower, core, upper body, arms
- 16 unique workouts
- 15 – 20-minute workouts
Structure:
- Week 1: Supersets – frontside, backside
- Week 2: Mini-circuits – reordered exercises
- Week 3: Big circuit – frontside, backside, core, full body
- Week 4: Big circuit – upper body, lower body
