- Week 2: Antagonistic supersetting and mini-circuits
- Week 3: Antagonistic mini-circuits
- Week 4: Antagonistic mini-circuits with some new exercises
HOW IT WORKS
- Available on the Determined Results Fitness app for iOS and Android
- Connects with Apple Health, Fitbit, MyFitnessPal, or Withings accounts
- Includes video demonstrations of each exercise showing proper form
- All workouts for the duration of the 4-week program immediately available in a customizable, prepopulated calendar
- Allows tracking of workout stats (e.g. number of repetitions, weight used), photos, and body metrics to easily measure your progress
- Messaging functionality available to communicate with your trainer for accountability and fitness questions
