1-on-1 personal training (in-person or virtual) – $65/hour
We suggest beginning with our introductory offer and moving into our 10 session package for the best pricing. 90% of our clients follow this plan to secure optimal results. Once these have been completed, clients may continue with another 10 session package or choose to move to a customized plan that includes sessions and/or DIY training. Sessions per week can be customized by the client.
