I did this workout program during the stay at home order for covid-19. It was challenging and surprising how just my own bodyweight can work me out. I usually workout in the gym with weights and never really did bodyweight workouts before. I understand now that I have enough weight on my body to get good total body workouts, not aerobic stuff either, I got stronger, leaner, and increases my cardio stamina. The workout is mostly lower body and core which makes sense for a bodyweight program, not too many ways to work biceps or back without weights or resistance. Q: How long do I have access to the program?A: Five weeks. That includes 4 weeks to complete the program, and 1 week to finish any missed workouts. Q: What happens after the 5 weeks are up?
A: After the 5 weeks are up, you can choose 1 of the following options:
- Retake the program for a $4.99/month app membership; this will keep your workouts and your app active for as long as you continue to pay the membership! You get a $10 discount on future programs as well, and get to keep each program you complete in addition to the 28 Day Challenge, as long as you remain a member.
