Staying in your weight loss lane is not always easy and it’s okay to allow yourself to outside the lane when vacations, holidays, or weekends happen. You just want to get back on your weight loss plan as soon as possible because if you are not losing the weight you are likely gaining weight and that’s okay as long as you jump back to your plan.
