I did this workout program during the stay at home order for covid-19. It was challenging and surprising how just my own bodyweight can work me out. I usually workout in the gym with weights and never really did bodyweight workouts before. I understand now that I have enough weight on my body to get good total body workouts, not aerobic stuff either, I got stronger, leaner, and increases my cardio stamina. The workout is mostly lower body and core which makes sense for a bodyweight program, not too many ways to work biceps or back without weights or resistance. Overall I enjoyed the program and could use the workouts along with my strength training program once I am able to return to the gym.

I tried the 28-day challenge during the lockdown because I wanted to add some form of strength training exercise in my routine. The 1st week was pretty rough because I was starting from zero but I was pleasantly surprised that although the exercises were tough I could feel my body getting stronger each day and I could do the exercises without stopping as much as I was in the 1st week. Rich’s exercise videos are great 👍🏼 and easy to follow and Rich is quick to respond if we have any questions. I highly recommend the 28 Day Challenge!

Great series of workouts. Started it during the quarantine to stay active and definitely feel stronger and leaner. The workouts are challenging and easy to fit into even a busy day which was a big plus.
