Which Heart Rate Monitor (HRM) is best for me?
POLAR H10 HEART RATE SENSOR – This is the newest heart rate strap from polar and should have the best connectivity technology. Check it out on AMAZON for approx $89.99
POLAR H9 HEART RATE SENSOR HEART RATE SENSOR – This is also a fairly new chest strap by polar newer than the H7 which I had. This has better tech for connectivity and easy access to the battery compartment over the earlier H7 model. Check it out on AMAZON for approx $59.99
POLAR OH1 — OPTICAL HEART RATE SENSOR OPTICAL HEART RATE SENSOR – This will be much more comfortable to wear than the chest strap, but the major CON is that is slow in recognizing heart rate fluctuations. Check it out on AMAZON for approx $77.00
